HAIR BY MAIL accepts all major Credits Cards, Money orders, Cashier Checks and personal checks as form of payment. There will be no COD unless approved by Mia.

Hairbymail guarantees the quality of all merchandise. In the event of factory defect or incorrect shipment HAIR BY MAIL will promptly issue and exchange or credit.
Requests for returns must be made within five (5) days of receipt of goods. Upon approval, merchandise must be sent freight pre-paid by customer. At this time, a credit or exchange will be made. All merchandise must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging as purchased. All returns must be received by HAIR BY MAIL within thirty (30) days from the date of the original invoice or be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
No returns will accepted by HAIR BY MAIL without preauthorization from Mia, or on merchandise more than Ninety (90) days from original invoice date.

(Excluding permanent wear units) Permanent wear units have a 6-month foundation warranty but we are easy. If something happens quickly we will consider it.

We will Guarantee that you are satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied within 30 days for shipping to you, even if you have been wearing your new custom unit, even though it as been cut and styled. Ask us to fix it, make it over or ask for your money back. (Excluding the risk free additional cost) No questions asked.
